二、成型部分

1.機架采用整體式框架結構， 100*50*4 國標方管為內架， 機臺面加 20MM 鋼板焊接，機 臺采用CNC 加工中心加工，保 證機臺平面度、直線度及安裝 精準定位。

2.整體側板：全部經 CNC 加工中心加工。堅固、耐 磨，可循環使用不變形。

3.輥輪跟軸承安裝位全采用用 精密加工中心加工方式完成， 保證上下輥輪同心度、徑向偏 差≤ 0.1mm；

4.軋輥模具材質 Cr12mov,熱處 理硬度 HRC58-62；碎火處理 后精磨孔、再 CNC 車床精加 工輥面 、保持輥高精度；
